Register Your Team

In order for your team to become a member of the SCGSL you will need to download, complete and submit the necessary forms from the links below.  Both the Team Registration Form and the ASA Roster will need to be submitted to the SCGSL.

Umpires are asked to download the Umpire Turn In Card.

Team Registration Form The team registration form is for South Central Girls Softball League to identify your team, coaches and community coordinators. This form should be completed and turned in with your league fee when you schedule your games.

ASA Roster The Roster form is provided to the Amatuer Softball Association (ASA) to register your team as eligible to participate in ASA sanctioned tournaments and insure your players and coaches. We need all teams in the league to be registered with ASA to qualify for insurance coverage. The cost of insurance is included in your league fees. You will be required to have this roster complete and turned in before your first league game.

All three forms are in PDF format and will open in a new browser window for you when you left click them. You will need the Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to view and/or print the forms. If you do not have the Reader, you may download it FREE from the Adobe web site. Simply install it on your computer and return to this page.  To view the selected document, left click the associated link. You can print it from your browser. To download it, right click it to save the form(s) to your computer.  You may then close the additional browser window which may be open and this page should still be open on your computer.
