Register Your Team

In order for your team to become a member of the SCGSL you will need to download, complete and submit the necessary forms from the links below.  Both the Team Registration Form and the ASA Roster will need to be submitted to the SCGSL.

Umpire Turn In Card. This form is not currently in use. You may use it if you wish, however, it's preferred that Umpires report all Major injuries, and ejections directly to league officials.  

Team Registration Form The team registration form is for South Central Girls Softball League to identify your team, coaches and community coordinators. This form should be completed and turned in with your league fee when you schedule your games. For your convenience, we are providing the Registration form in both MS WORD and Adobe PDF format.

The ASA Roster form below is provided to the Amatuer Softball Association (ASA) to register your team as eligible to participate in ASA sanctioned tournaments and insure your players and coaches. We need all teams in the league to be registered with ASA to qualify for insurance coverage. The cost of insurance is included in your league fees. You will be required to have this roster complete and turned in before your first league game.
